As the legend goes, Dayunisi when the land became crowded in the Sky World, offered to go down to see what was in the water. Everytime he went down, he brought some dirt up with him and he created an island, Earth.
2. Along with the Cherokees, what other four tribes made up the 'Five Civilised Tribes'?

Answer: Chickasaw, Choctaw, Creek, Seminole

These five tribes, the Chickasaw, Choctaw, Creek, Seminole, and Cherokee, were so called owing to their willingness to co-exist peacefully with their settler neighbours and take on some of their customs.

Following the Indian Removal Act of 1830, many of the "civilised tribes" were removed from their ancient lands and re-located to the Indian Territory, in what is modern day Oklahoma.
