He received US patent 5,971,829 October 29, 1999 for a novelty ice cream cone. It turns the scoop of ice cream so you don't have to. I get the feeling you won't be able to eat the cone.

US patent 5,966,743 was issued October 19, 1999. It was for a lightweight container with a spigot that sits on the top of your head. Where do you keep the drinking glasses?
