Genesis 2:18-22 says that God created Eve somewhat later (the Bible doesn't say how much time elapsed, but it was after the seventh day, on which God rested). It should be noted that Genesis 1:27, which says, "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them," could imply that man and woman were created simultaneously, but this does not agree with the more detailed story in Genesis 2, to which the question explicitly referred.
