1 Kings 15:2. Abijah sinned by worshiping the idols set up by Solomon. He fought against Jeroboam throughout his lifetime. 2 Chronicles 13 tells of one of Abijah's victories. Abijah is also known in some translations of the Bible as 'Abijam.'

Athaliah and Jehoram were both evil rulers. Athaliah was Ahab's daughter and introduced the evil of Ahab to Judah. This fact is recorded in 2 Kings 8:17 and 2 Kings 8:26. Athaliah would later try to destroy the line of David in 2 Kings 11.

2 Kings 9:27. Ahaziah was visiting Joram of Israel when Jehu attacked the two kings. Jehu shot Joram and then chased Ahaziah to Megiddo where Ahaziah died of wounds. Jehu then became king of Israel and Athaliah ruled Judah.

2 Kings 16 talks about King Ahaz, a wicked ruler of Judah. He had a Godly father named Jotham and his son was the upright and wise King Hezekiah. Ahaz did so much evil and sacrificed to many different idols in his 16-year reign.

2 Kings 21 gives many descriptions of the evil Manasseh did in Judah. To get a picture of his evil, 2 Kings 21:16 says, "Moreover, Manasseh also shed so much innocent blood that he filled Jerusalem from end to end--besides the sin that he caused Judah to commit, so that they did evil in the eyes of the LORD." Worst of all, he reigned longer than all of the kings of Judah, 55 years.
