Acts 7:56 "And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God." Christ is usually sitting at the right hand of God (Colossians 3:1 "...where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.")

2 Chronicles 3:10-13 "And in the most holy house he made two cherubims...and they stood on their feet, and their faces were inward."
9. Balaam wanted to see Balak but something that he could not see stood in his way. Who or what was it?

Answer: Angel

Numbers 22 tells the story of Balaam. God did not want Balaam to honor Balak's request for a visit, but Balaam was going to try to keep everyone happy. Numbers 22:24 says "But the angel of the Lord stood in a path of the vineyards...". The donkey Balaam was riding upon saw the angel and would not proceed. Balaam who couldn't see the angel became angry at the donkey and smote it.

Answer: Jesus

This was after the resurrection. John 21:4 tells us "But when the morning was now come, Jesus stood on the shore: but the disciples knew not that it was Jesus."
