Answer: Job

Job suffered many tribulations. He was tormented by Satan many times but the Lord knew Job would remain faithful. Satan insisted that Job would turn away from God if he had to suffer in life. Despite losing everything and suffering ailments and pain, Job still did not turn away from the Lord: he remained faithful to Him. God blessed Job tenfold afterward.

The book of Job in the Old Testament tells his story in 42 chapters.

When he was found alive the next morning they could see that they were wrong. The King changed the law so that all the people should pray to Daniel's God, since He had saved him from the lions. Daniel has his own book in the Bible.

This specific story is found in Daniel 6.
7. This woman was given to King Ahasuerus by her uncle Mordecai. The king was pleased with her and made her his queen. Haman issued an order for all Jews to be slain and this is when she came forth with her heritage to her husband, the king.

Answer: Esther

Mordecai ordered Esther to keep her heritage from the king. They were afraid for their people and feared that if the king found out their heritage she would be killed. She did as Mordecai said and found favor in the king's sight. The king married her and made her Queen Esther.

When she found out that Haman was plotting to kill her kindred and all other Jews she was able to intercede and stop him. She invited everyone to a banquet and announced to the king that someone was planning on killing her and all her kindred.

The king had Haman hanged. Because Esther agreed to the arranged marriage, she was able to save her people. Esther's story is told in her book in the Bible, which comes after Nehemiah and before Job.
