KJV Genesis 4:8 Cain was a tiller of the ground and Abel was a keeper of sheep. They both brought the first fruit as an offering unto the Lord. The Lord respected Abel's offering, but not Cain's. He became very angry, and killed his brother one day in the field.

Answer: Laban

Genesis 24:29; 25:20 Rebekah had a brother named Laban. He was a Syrian. When he saw the gifts she had received, and heard her words, he invited Abraham's servant into the house, and provided for his camels.

St. John 11:1-5 Lazarus had two sisters Mary and Martha. Jesus loved them all dearly. His sisters sent for Jesus, because Lazarus became very sick and died. The Lord manifested the glory of God when He raised Lazarus from the dead.

Answer: James and John

Mark 3:17 James and John were the sons of Zebedee. They were also fishermen and two of Jesus' disciples. The brothers are better known as Boanerges aka sons of thunder.

Genesis 25:19-20 Isaac fathered the twins, and Rebekah was their mother. Jacob and Esau were as different as night and day. Their struggles in life began in the womb. Read all about it in Genesis 25:20-34.
9. Eli the priest had two evil sons: Hophni, and his brother. Who was his brother?

Answer: Phinehas

1 Samuel 1:3; 4:11; 4:17 Eli and his sons were priests of the Lord, but his sons did not know the Lord. They served the priest, but had bad dealings with the people, even sleeping with the women who came to the temple gate. Both sons were killed the same day, in battle with the Philistines. 1 Samuel chapters 1-4 gives an account of Eli and his sons.
10. Herod Antipas married his brother's wife; what was his name?

Answer: Philip

Mark 6:17 John the Baptist confronted Herod about it not being lawful to have his brother's wife. He was imprisoned, and later beheaded for being so out spoken. St. Mark gives a vivid account in chapter 6:17-28.
