This would be a rotator cuff repair with subacromial decompression. This is a very common orthopedic case, usually done arthroscopically.

It is the common name for an Austin/Aiken bunionectomy. In this procedure the large toe is repaired. The metatarsal bone is cut with a saw, brought inward, and finally fixated with a screw of the surgeons preference.
