Answer: Andoni Zubizaretta

Goalkeeper Zubizaretta's first game for Spain was against Finland on 23rd January, 1985. Spain won the game 3-1 and it wasn't until his 10th game that he tasted defeat for the first time in a 1-0 loss to Brazil during the 1986 World Cup. He played his last game for Spain in the 1998 World Cup in a 6-1 demolition of Bulgaria on 24th June. Camacho gained 81 caps between 1975-88, Butragueno earned 69 between 1984-92, and Gordillo 75 caps between 1978-88.
2. This German international played an incredible 150 times for his country between 1980-2000 and played in four World Cup tournaments. Who was he?

Answer: Lothar Matthaus

Midfield maestro Matthaus' first game for the then West Germany came in a 3-2 win over Holland on 14th June, 1980. His last game, on 20th June 1980 was a 3-0 defeat at the hands of Portugal in the European Championships. Klinsmann is also a member of the 100 club, having notched up 108 caps between 1987-98. Brehme earned 86 caps between 1984-94, and Helmer 68 caps between 1990-98.

Shilton played his first England game in goal against East Germany on 25th November, 1970. England won the game 3-1.
