Answer: Stephen Gostkowski - Patriots

The others didn't throw 10. Favre of the Jets threw 22 interceptions to match his 22 passing touchdowns. It was Brett's first season with the Jets after spending 16 seasons in Green Bay. In 2005, he threw 29 picks with the Packers. Bronco quarterback Jay Cutler was the runner-up in 2008 by throwing 18.
