The Bills defeated the Jaguars and Raiders in weeks 2 and 3, respectively, who both finished the season the season with 5-11 records. The Bills also defeated the Seahawks in week 1, who finished the season with a 4-12 record, and the Rams in week 4, who had a 2-14 record. The Bills started off 4-0, yet collapsed to a 7-9 finish, last in the AFC East.

Answer: Andre Johnson

Andre Johnson actually received the most yards out of all wide receivers, with 1575 yards, playing for the 8-8 Houston Texans. Calvin Johnson received the most yards for a player on a team with a losing record, racking up 1331 yards for the season with the 0-16 Detroit Lions.
3. Which team had two running backs reach 1000+ rushing yards during the regular season?

The New York Giants had two 1000+ yard rushers with Brandon Jacobs (1089 yards) and Derrick Ward (1025 yards).

The Titans were the last team to be undefeated during the regular season before losing to the Jets Week 12, and later lost to the Texans week 15 and the Colts Week 17. They were also another blown first seed in the playoffs, losing to the Ravens 13-10 during the divisional round.

Despite having to fill in for the injured Tom Brady, Matt Cassel still managed to keep the Patriots in the playoff run until week 17 (and they still finished 11-5). He passed for 3693 yards, ranking eighth in the league. Pennington was ninth, Favre finished 11th, and Romo 12th.
