3. 1992 saw which quarterback lead the NFL by passing for 4116 yards?

Answer: Dan Marino

The others fell short of Marino by over 800 yards in the season. It was the fifth of six times that Marino would reach 4000 yards in a season. The Dolphins went 11-5 in 1992, and lost the AFC Championship game to the Bills.
4. For the second consecutive season in 1993, who was the only receiver to catch 100 passes?

5. 1994 saw which team go home with a 2-14 season?

Answer: Houston Oilers

The other teams won at least 10 games in the season. After going 12-4 in 1993 under head coach Jack Pardee, the Oilers went the wrong way in 1994 with their 2-14 record. Billy Joe Tolliver played most of the games at quarterback, and had a TD/INT ratio of 6-7. Pardee was replaced after going 1-9 by Jeff Fisher who went 1-5.
6. 1995 was the passing season, and amazingly saw nine players catch over 100 passes. Who was not one of those?

Answer: Billy 'White Shoes' Johnson

Johnson made his name famous with the Oilers and Falcons, but retired in 1987. The sticky-fingered receivers in 1995 were Herman Moore (123), Jerry Rice and Cris Carter (122), Isaac Bruce (119), Michael Irvin (111), Brett Perriman (108), Eric Metcalf (104), Robert Brooks (102), and Larry Centers (101).
7. One team in 1996 won only one game in the entire season. Which team was it that rostered Neil O'Donnell, Adrian Murrell, and Kyle Brady?

Answer: New York Jets

The Jets' only win was in Week 9 over the 7-9 Arizona Cardinals. It was a 31-21 victory. The Jets went 3-13 in 1995. The team was turned around in 1997 with their 9-7 record under Bill Parcells.
8. As a result of this team's 12-4 season in 1997, they won their first Super Bowl win in XXXII. Which team was it?

Answer: Denver Broncos

The Broncos defeated the Packers 31-24. John Elway threw for 3635 in his next to final season along with his TD/INT ratio of 27-11. Elway and the Broncos repeated the victory in Super Bowl XXXIII.
9. In 1998, the Minnesota Vikings lost only one game in the season, but somehow never saw the Super Bowl. They did however, have a wide receiver who led the league in touchdown receptions. Who was it?

Answer: Randy Moss

The others never played for the Vikings. Moss was a rookie in 1998 and led the league with 17, and teammate Cris Carter finished fourth with 12. Most of those passes came from the arm of Randall Cunningham, who threw 34 touchdowns in the season.

Answer: Tennessee Titans

The 13-3 Titans moved past the Bills, Colts, and Jaguars in the playoffs, before losing Super Bowl XXXIV to the Rams, 23-16.
