Answer: Roller Skates

Squash is played in shoes, not roller skates. The other three things are mandatory if you want to play.

Answer: Eye Goggles

Squash balls will leave quite a bruise on most parts of your body, but they can cause serious injury to the eye. If the ball hits someone not wearing goggles, it can cause eye damage, or even cause blindness. Always wear goggles when you play.
3. If a game being played under standard amateur scoring, what tiebreaker is used to determine a winner.

Answer: The player receiving the serve at 8-8 chooses a mini-tiebreak of one or two points

When a game is tied at 8-8, the player receiving serve chooses a one or two point tiebreak. The players still must serve to get a point. The possible tiebreak scores are: 9-8, 10-8, and 10-9.
4. What are the two variations of squash?

Answer: Hardball and Softball

The differences between the two are: Hardball is played on a bigger court, and with a harder ball. Softball is the more prevalent variation, and has been since the 80s. The pro circuit (PSA) is softball, and so are most tournaments. Hardball is some times referred to as "doubles" because you can play doubles on a hardball court. Doubles is fairly simple, with one player from each team plays on each side (forehand or backhand), and the other half of the team plays the opposite side.

Answer: Jahangir Khan

Khan's 555 match winning streak was the longest streak in squash history. Today, a 10 match streak would be considered brilliant.

Answer: 5.64 metres high by 9.75 metres long by 6.40 metres wide

Those are the standard singles court parametres, according to the World Squash Federation.
