Backing up Tom Brady for New England, Vinny attempted only three passes in the season, completing two, but one of those two kept his streak alive.

The Dolphins finally pulled a 22-16 win over the Baltimore Ravens in week 15. In week 12, Miami came close in a wet, muddy, and messy game against the Steelers, but were shutout 3-0.

The other teams listed did not even reach the 400-point mark in the season. The Cowboys, led by QB Tony Romo, Terrell Owens, and Marion Barber, scored 455 points. The Colts were a close third place with 450 points, then the Packers scored 435.

Answer: LaDainian Tomlinson

The others listed were not in the top three for rushing yardage. The 11-5 Chargers saw Tomlinson rush for 1474 yards in 2007. It was LaDainian's sixth season in the NFL, and all six rushing for over 1000 yards each. Tomlinson also led the league in rushing touchdowns with 15 in 2007.

The runner-up and third place finisher in rushing were Adrian Peterson of the Vikings with 1341 yards, and Willie Parker of the Steelers with 1316 rushing yards.

Answer: Jon Kitna (Lions)

The Lions led the league with sacks allowed with 54. Kitna was sacked 51 times, and his backup QB J.T. O'Sullivan was sacked another three times. It was the second consecutive season that the Lions and Kitna led the league in allowing their QB to go down.

In 2006, Kitna was sacked an amazing 63 times. Ben Roethlisberger of the Steelers was the unfortunate the runner-up in 2007, being sacked 47 times. In 2006, Ben was sacked another 46 times.

Answer: T.J. Houshmandzadeh (Bengals)

Both Welker and Houshmandzadeh caught 112 passes to share the league lead in receptions, but both caught less than 1200 yards worth. There were seven receivers who caught more yardage than T.J. The receiving yardage title went to Reggie Wayne of the Colts with 1510.

Although Randy Moss of the Patriots caught for 100 yards in the final game against the Giants, he fell short with 1493 yards as the runner-up.

The others listed allowed between 345-355 points, and weren't even in the top ten for points allowed. The Lions allowed a league-leading 444 points against them. There were five teams that allowed more than 400 points in the season. The others were the 3-13 Rams with 438, the 1-15 Dolphins with 437, the 4-12 Falcons allowing 414, and finally the 7-9 Broncos who allowed 409.

In 2006, the 49ers and Titans were the only teams to allow that 400-point mark.

The Patriots had the two biggest blowouts of the season. In week 8, they defeated the Redskins 52-7. The Patiots topped that in week 11 by embarrassing the Bills 56-10. The Patriots scored 30+ points in 12 of their 16 games in the season.

Those eight dismal teams were the 1-15 Dolphins, the 3-13 Rams, the 4-12 Chiefs, Raiders, Jets, and Falcons, and the 5-11 Ravens and 49ers. It was the fifth season in a row that the Raiders lost 10 or more games in a season. This came after their 2002 11-5 AFC West Championship season.
