1. What was the first street circuit raced on in CART?

Answer: Caesars Palace

Caesars Palace was originally used as a Formula 1 track. It became a CART track in 1983, and won by Mario Andretti.
2. When did CART move from downtown Detroit to Belle Isle Park?

Answer: 1992

The winner of the first race on Belle Isle was Bobby Rahal.
3. What year did Long Beach join the calender?

Answer: 1984

This track was also orginally a Formula 1 track, from 1977 to 1983. Michael Andretti won his first race in only his second start, in 1986. Ironically, it was the third Long Beach race for CART.
4. The CART finale took place in Mexico City in 2002. CART raced on that track before?

Answer: Yes

The races were held in 1980 and 1981. Rick Mears won both races.
5. How many oval races were held in 1990 (not counting Indianapolis)?

Answer: 4

They were Phoenix, Milwaukee, Michigan, and Nazareth. Rick Mears won the Phoenix race. Al Unser Jr. won both the Milwaukee and Michigan races. Emerson Fittipaldi won the Nazareth race.
