1. What school did defensive end Sean Jones attend?

Answer: Northeastern

Jones was drafted 51st by the Raiders in 1984. He played for the Raiders (1984-1987), Oilers (1988-1993), and Packers (1994-1996). Jones went to the 1993 Pro Bowl and was a member of the Packers team that won Super Bowl XXXI.
In 2009, Northeastern cut its football program after 74 years. The team had declining attendance (1600 in a stadium two miles from campus and half the capacity of many in the Colonial Athletic Association), six consecutive losing seasons, and was expensive to run.
2. What pick was Andre Reed?

Answer: 86th

Reed was drafted by Buffalo in 1985 out of Division II Kutztown in Pennsylvania. Reed played for Buffalo from 1985-1999 and for Washington in 2000, retiring with seven Pro Bowls, over 13,000 yards, and 87 touchdowns. Reed caught three second half touchdowns from backup Frank Reich (who himself as a backup was part of the then largest college football comeback in history when his Maryland Terrapins beat Bernie Kosar's Miami Hurricanes 42-40 after trailing 31-0), in the 1993 AFC Championship game, where Buffalo came back from a 35-3 deficit to win 41-38.
3. What five-time Super Bowl winning player was drafted out of James Madison in 1986?

4. What school did wide receiver Mark Carrier attend?

Answer: Nichols State

Carrier was drafted 57th by Tampa Bay in 1987. Carrier was a Pro Bowl wide receiver in 1989. He played for Tampa Bay until 1992, then later for Cleveland (1993-1994), and Carolina (1995-1998). Carrier scored the first NFL points for the Carolina Panthers.
5. What pick was Tony Martin in the 1989 NFL draft?

Answer: 126th

He also played for Carolina (1996-2000), Denver (2001), and Detroit (2002). Jacksonville State went Division I in 1993 and joined the Football Championship Subdivision's Ohio Valley Conference in 2003.
7. Eric Swann was drafted sixth in 1991 despite never playing football in college.
