Answer: Joe DiMaggio

The others listed never went to a World Series in their career. DiMaggio began his career with the 1936 Yankees amongst some other greats such as Yogi Berra. The Yankees were the first team to win four consecutive World Series from 1936-1939.
2. Which franchise was once named the "Doves"?

Answer: Atlanta Braves

The Braves' franchise had many team names, including the Doves from 1907-1910. The first time their Braves name appeared was in 1912.
3. Is it a 'fair pole' or 'foul pole' down the right and left field lines? The poles are positioned in fair territory so if a ball hits them, then it is a home run. Which newly built stadium had the foul poles actually positioned in foul territory?

Answer: Dodger Stadium (Dodgers)

Dodger Stadium was built in 1962. With some interpretation issues of the terms and rules provided by Major League Baseball, the poles were positioned to be in foul territory. The league 'let it go' until the end of the season. Instead of moving the poles for 1963, the Dodger organization moved the base distances and home plate to compensate for the error.
4. Which of these Hall of Fame greats never played Minor League Baseball?

Answer: Al Kaline

Kaline was a career Detroit Tiger for 22 seasons from 1953-1974. He obviously didn't need the prep in the Minors as he was the youngest player to win a batting title at the age of 20 in 1955. He batted .340 and finished runner-up for the MVP Award to Yogi Berra of the Yankees.

Answer: Reggie Jackson

The only inductee in 1993 was "Mr. October", Reggie Jackson. Reggie hit 10 World Series home runs along with 563 in his career. Weaver was inducted in 1996 with three others, Perry in 1991 with four others, and Sutter in 2006 among 18 other greats.
7. The 2010 Baltimore Oriole franchise began their endeavors in 1901 in the American League under which name?

9. Who was the first player to hit four consecutive home runs in four consecutive at-bats in World Series play?

Answer: Reggie Jackson

In Jackson's four consecutive at-bats in the 1977 World Series against the Dodgers, his home runs were coupled between games five and six. He hit five home runs total in the series which set a record. The Yankees won the series four games to two.
10. Which of the following teams did Hall of Fame manager Casey Stengel not manage?

Answer: New York Giants

Casey managed the Dodgers from 1934-1936, the NL Boston franchise from 1938-1943, then the Mets from 1962-1965. Stengel also took the Yankees to 10 World Series in 12 seasons from 1949-1960.
