Answer: Billy Williams

Williams was the NL Rookie of the Year in 1961. Amazingly enough, with the three big guns of Banks, Santo, and himself, Billy would never see a World Series game in his career. He was inducted into the hall in 1987 after hitting 426 home runs.
2. In 12 seasons with the Minnesota Twins, this Rookie of the Year winner won seven batting titles. He was a 1991 Hall of Fame inductee. Who is he?
