FCB play their football in Spain's top flight football league called La Liga. They began playing in the Camp Nou from 1957. He won the treble (three major trophies of the season) with the club. He has the Ballon d'Or on a number of occasions. The Ballon d'Or is an award presented by FIFA to the player they consider the best of that year. Previous winners have been Cristiano Ronaldo and Fabio Cannavaro. Messi represented the Argentina national team at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil where they lost to Germany in the final.

Suarez was sold by Liverpool FC in the English Premier League to FC Barcelona in 2014 after the World Cup. Suarez at that time was serving a ban for allegedly biting Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini during a match in the 2014 FIFA World Cup. Suarez plays his international football for Uruguay alongside Edinson Cavani. Suarez joined Liverpool in 2011 from the Dutch club Ajax.

He was a prolific scorer for Liverpool and almost led them to the title by scoring many goals with his strike partner Daniel Sturridge.

He was also prolific for FC Barcelona during their treble winning season in 2014-15. Luis Enrique was the coach of this team when they won the treble. He became the coach of Barcelona in 2014. He was previously the coach of Celta and Roma.

As a player, he played for Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Tito Vilanova was the head coach of Barcelona during the 2012-13 season. Before this he was the assistant coach of the Barcelona senior team before which he was assistant coach of the Barcelona B team. With his administration, the way Barcelona played football completely changed. With Bayern Munich, Guardiola won many Bundesliga titles. Thierry Henry joined Barcelona from Arsenal in 2007 and played there until 2010. Before he joined Arsenal, Henry played for Juventus and Monaco. In 2010, he joined the American team New York Red Bulls. With Arsenal, Henry won the Premier League when Arsenal went through the entire season unbeaten.
