Answer: Philadelphia Phillies

They were all rostered with Jayson Werth, Cole Hamels, and Ryan Howard on the 2008 series champion Phillies. They won the title over the Rays.

Answer: Minnesota Twins

These were players from the 1991 World Series Champion Twins. Pitcher Jack Morris was the series MVP for picking up two of the wins against the Braves.

This was part of the 'Big Red Machine' of Cincinnati in 1975 and 1976, repeating World Series championships. The team also rostered Ken Griffey, Johnny Bench, Joe Morgan, and Tony Perez. The Reds defeated the Red Sox and Yankees, respectively.

Answer: Baltimore Orioles

This 1966 Oriole team was a huge underdog going up against Sandy Koufax and the Dodgers. The Orioles skunked the Dodgers in four games with Frank Robinson winning the series MVP Award.

The Braves won their first World Series since 1914 when they beat the Yankees in 1957. Burdette was the series MVP for winning three complete games. Hank Aaron was also on this World Series team.

The Browns went to their only World Series under the Browns name in 1944. They played their crosstown St. Louis Cardinals. The Browns' only glimmer of hope was Vern Stephens who batted .293 and hit 20 home runs in the season. The Cardinals won the World Series four games to two.

Answer: St. Louis Cardinals

The 1934 Cardinal team also rostered Paul's brother, Dizzy Dean. Dizzy went 30-7 in the season with Paul going 19-11. Medwick was also famous for being ejected from game seven for his own protection against the Tiger fans.

The season ended in tragedy for the Indians, after Yankee pitcher Carl Mays hit Chapman in the head in August. The Indians went on to win the series against the Brooklyn Robins (later Dodgers) five games to two.
