Answer: Harry the Hat

Harry was played by Harry Anderson. Harry the Hat would often trick people out of their money and when he could he'd also steal wallets and keys to cars.
2. What holiday was during this episode?

Answer: St. Patrick's Day

St. Patrick's Day was the busiest night of the year for the bars. Despite that, it was also a big rival night between Cheers and Gary's Olde Towne Tavern.
3. Who was dressed up as a leprechaun?

Answer: Carla

Cliff called her "Brillo head". Carla told him to keep talking and he'd "lose what's left of his Blarney Stone".
4. What did Sam do to Gary's?

Answer: Added a zero to the 50 cents so it said $5.00 a beer

Sam figured no one would pay $5 a beer. The reason Gary's always beat Cheers at everything was because Sam came up with wimpy ideas, where as Gary put a lot of thought and imagination in it.
5. What did Gary's do to Cheers?

Answer: Built a brick wall around the bar itself

On the wall they wrote "Happy St. Patrick's Day". He also built the wall around Woody.
6. What was the problem with the Irish quartet?

Answer: They only played depressing songs.

Sam ended up firing them because he couldn't take it anymore. Meanwhile, Gary's was making a lot of money since people were paying $5 a beer.
7. What did the guys have to do because they lost the bet?

Answer: They had to sing "Getting to Know You" at Gary's while naked.

"Getting to Know You" was a song from "The King and I" a musical by Rodgers and Hammerstein. The guys at Cheers were thoroughly embarrassed.

Answer: Exhilarating

When questioned he said he meant "humiliating". All the others were talking about how they felt embarrassed and degrading.

Answer: Norm and Cliff

When they realized it they both screamed. Norm's underwear felt really tight, where as, Cliff's felt really loose.
10. Why did Harry say there were losers?

Answer: So people would know who the winners were.

The guys were offended that Harry would call them losers. He said that it was God's master plan to make sure some people were losers.
