Sweeney, born on November 14th, 1961 in Shoreham, Long Island, New York got the short term part of Kyle Seeger, a police detective, for this "Castle" episode. For his efforts, Sweeney received credit for playing Detective Seeger in just this one episode. Sweeney has also guest starred on the TV series, "Hawaii Five-0", "24" and "CSI: NY".

Voth, a native of Saskatchewan, Canada landed the part of Violet Young on this third season "Castle" show. Voth portrayed Violet for only this one episode of the series. She has held numerous guest starring stints on various TV shows like, "Supernatural", "Huge" and "The Phone".
