Answer: Cliff Osmond

Osmond, born on February 26th, 1937, was cast as Andante in a guest starring appearance for this episode. He portrayed the character only once on "Batman". He has also guest starred on the TV series' "Shane", "Hogan's Heroes" and "Cowboy in Africa".

The episode concluded with a shot of The Penguin and a woman named Lola Lasagne spoke. She told The Penguin not to call her Lulu since she had her name changed and then spoke of entering her prized horse into a racing competition. The Penguin simply chuckled as the episode concluded.
