In the middle of the conversation, Adriana was told, by an employee, that she had another call. Adriana picked up the other phone and it was an FBI Agent named Debbie Ciccerone. Adriana was upset that Debbie would call her, while she was getting her hair done. Adriana decided to end her conversation, with her mom, but she promised her she would get the Sensodyne.

Bobby went over to visit Janice, at Janice's home, and they started to talk. Bobby broke down, in Janice's arms, since his wife, Karen, had just been killed and he was now left a single father to raise their two children, Bobby III and Sophia. Of all the men in Tony's mob organization, Bobby was the only one who remained faithful to his wife.

A couple of FBI Agents had met, with Adriana, to get information from her about Tony's mob organization. Adriana met with them, at a bakery, in this episode and she made it clear she was not happy to see them, especially since Debbie used the name "Danielle" to get to know Adriana.

When Adriana first saw Debbie, at the bakery, she blasted her for giving her the wrong name. One of the agents, Agent Harris, asked her if she wanted a latte or a scone and Adriana declined his offer. Adriana insisted, to them, that she knew nothing about the organization.

Adriana told the FBI Agents that she believed nobody was trying to hurt her boyfriend, Christopher Moltisanti, so one of them asked her what Christopher was doing, the previous night, in Yonkers. The agent mentioned, to Adriana, that Christopher was seen at the Renaissance Inn with someone named Chip Zoto. Adriana told the agent she was not told about a Chip Zoto.

Corrado was due in court, in this episode, and he told the person driving him to the courthouse that he had to go upstairs to get some change for parking. Janice informed Corrado that she would go to the courthouse, to support him, but that she had to help Bobby grieve for his deceased wife. Janice also stated that Bobby needed help, with his kids, and Corrado was not happy since he told Janice he needed more than help since he was on trial for his life.

In the middle of the episode, Ralph and several of his friends were at the racetrack watching a horse race. When the announcer named all the horses, in the race, you could hear the name of Pie O My being announced. At first, Pie O My was not doing well and behind a couple of horses but she started to increase in speed. Ralph bet $5,000 that Pie O My would win and he got his $5,000 since Pie O My won the race.
