She is best known for her role of Claudia Jean "C.J." Cregg on the TV show, "The West Wing".

This episode took place primarily in the past and it began with a pregnant woman named Claudia washing up ashore on the island. She met with another woman who was not identified. Claudia went into labor and the unnamed woman helped deliver her baby, which she named Jacob. Then, a second baby was born so Claudia had twins.

Jacob's brother asks Jacob that he keep the box a secret from the woman. However, Jacob was seen talking to the woman about the box since she seemed to imply she knew of the box. The woman was then seen talking to Jacob's brother and stated to him that she intended for him to locate the box.

As Jacob's brother and the woman continued to talk, she informed him that he was special. When they spoke about the box, he stated that perhaps it came from across the sea. The woman then responds that it had to have come from across the sea as there was nowhere else for it to have been.

There was one scene where Jacob and his brother chased a boar to try and slay him and it was during the chase they saw other inhabitants on the island. When they told the woman about what they witnessed, she told them the other people were not like them. She also reminded the boys they were there for a reason whereas the other people were not.
