Barry says that it may be a good idea to take it because no better offers will probably come along, but he never read the details of it, so Michael decides to read through it to make sure that everything is a smart idea. Meanwhile, George Sr. doesn't want to leave prison because his admirer, Cindi Lightballoon, recently gave away the fact that she was a government mole in order to prove that she loves him, and she says that they can beat the case.

Meanwhile, Barry ends up stalling the trial in order for everyone to figure out what to do. Meanwhile, Michael decides to go to Maggie's house to set things straight, and she asks him for his help by giving him an overview of everything in the case against the Bluth family.
