Felicity calls herself a cyber terrorist due to all the governmental hacking she had been doing. She tells Oliver and Diggle that she would never fit in at Guantanamo Bay should she ever get caught. Oliver tells her not to worry because they don't send blondes to Guantanamo Bay. Felicity tells him that she's not a real blonde, she just dyes it that colour.

When Oliver looks at her with a surprised look on his face, she reminds him that she keeps his secret.

The boy's parents were set to testify in court against a crooked financier, Edward Rasmus, who swindled them out of their life savings. Rasmus hires an assassin to kill the boy's parents before they can testify. When the assassin arrives to kill Taylor's parents, Taylor sees the man's face.

The assassin then tries to kill Taylor too, but he escapes. In this scene, Laurel tells Taylor she makes the best macaroni and cheese, to which Tommy adds is the only thing she knows how to cook.

Answer: Tommy

When Detective Lance is surprised that Tommy would suggest Oliver's house, Tommy explains that the Queen family employs more security guards than the president. They have cameras everywhere and body guards in every wing. Nobody goes in or out without being accounted for.

Answer: Rasmus

Felicity tells Oliver that Rasmus just booked a plane ticket to Shanghai. Oliver was about to leave to meet with Diggle to take out Deadshot, but Felicity tells him that if he wants to catch Rasmus, it's now or never. Oliver has to decide whether to stop Rasmus to protect Laurel and Taylor, or to go after Deadshot with Diggle so that Diggle can avenge his brother's death. Oliver chooses Rasmus. Deadshot gets away.

Deadshot is a gun for hire; a contract killer. Somebody paid him to kill Andy, but since nobody has paid him to kill Diggle, he says so. Deadshot then shows Diggle a tattoo on his collarbone where he tattooed Andy's name, and tells Diggle that there's a space there for Diggle's name too.

Answer: He's thinking too much

Oliver chuckles at her statement and tells her nobody ever accused him of thinking too much before. She takes the bow from him and fires off two perfect shots. Oliver says she is just showing off. Shado explains that he just needs to give into his senses and not think about the shot.

Thea had heard the police radio in Roy's pocket while they were eating at Big Belly Burger. Before she could really chastise him for stealing it, a call comes in that the Arrow was spotted nearby. Roy races to the scene to find the Arrow, but instead is arrested by Detective Lance who set the whole thing up to catch Roy and arrest him for stealing the radio.

In this scene, Thea is yelling at Roy as he is handcuffed to a chair in the police precinct when Lance walks by and calls them "The Wonder Twins."

Detective Lance brought Thea and Roy down to the morgue and pulled one of the dead bodies out of the freezer. He tells them that in life you get a name but in death you get a number and the dead body is number 26. He says that the Arrow has killed 26 people since appearing in the city. Roy tries to justify the Arrow's motives for killing the man by saying that maybe the man deserved to die. Lance tells Roy that maybe he did deserve it, but that that's not how justice works.

Answer: Oliver pierces him through the chest with a fireplace poker

The men engage in a lengthy one on one brawl that ends with them crashing through a bannister and down onto a wooden table. As the fight continues, Oliver reaches for a fireplace poker and stabs the man in the chest with it. Later, as the police are combing the scene, Oliver tells Lance that one of the dead security guards did it before succumbing to his own gunshot wounds.

It was actually Tommy who breaks up with Laurel because he thinks she and Oliver belong together and that Oliver is still in love with her. Laurel did not want to break up, but Tommy forces the decision because he knows that Laurel is infatuated with the Arrow and understands that if she ever finds out that Oliver is the Arrow, she would probably leave Tommy anyway. Tommy can't stay with her knowing that he will always be Laurel's second choice, so he chooses to end it before things get more complicated.

In order to not let Laurel know all this, Tommy simply tells her that he's not ready to be in a committed relationship with her and is moving out.
