Answer: "That Buffy Summers had never come to Sunnydale"

She tells 'Anya' that "I don't wish I act". Then Oz comments that if she wished for a long and healthy life she should get her money back. And finally although Cordy does not wish that Xander was dead, he does die as a result of her wish.

She is saying "Nerf", but Willow figures out that she actually wants a knife.
