Answer: Talon

The talon is a small, magnetic device possessed by both members of the Hunt Team and, when activated and placed on any member of the Prey Team it signifies a capture. One Prey Team is selected at random and told to capture two teams over the course of two days (in four hour hunts). If they catch two teams they are safe and those teams are placed up for elimination; if they catch one then the Hunt Team and captured prey are up for elimination; if no one is caught, the Hunt Team is automatically out. If a Prey Team is captured they are sent to a roofless jail cell at camp to await the voting ceremony.

The second hunt (in which the Red Team was randomly sent to catch prey), introduced both the Supply Station and the Advantage Point, which could facilitate some cruel an unusual sabotages should anyone reach it. The first team to reach the Advantage Point had the ability to choose any one of the other teams except for the Hunt Team (who had no idea of its location). Lime Team received the most advantages in the game; Blue Team received the most Sabotages, as did White Team.

Answer: Looking Glass Station

The Looking Glass Station is a circular landmark which, when a Prey Team inserts their tracking device, allows them to see the location of all other teams still in the game including the Hunt Team. When the station is used, the Hunt Team is notified of it and can proceed at their own discretion to the Looking Glass. On a number of occasions, several different Looking Glasses can appear on the map. Three teams-- Lime, Teal, and Green-- used the Looking Glasses during the game.

Answer: Blue Team

During the fourth hunt, the Green Team (perceived by many to be the fastest due to Antoine's track past) got a stroke of luck when Lime Team took the opportunity to sabotage everyone's biggest rivals, the Blue Team, with an alarm on their vests. During this capture, Shane, of the blue Team, injured his knee and required medical attention; he returned to camp the following day with crutches.

Despite this, the duo was deemed too big a threat and, considering Eric's horrible personality, they were sent home unanimously.

Answer: Teal Team

Jade and Nikita, the British Teal Team, were the fifth duo to become the Hunt Team. Their first day of the competition involved a sabotage (placed on their allies, the Red Team, but the Lime Team) and, as a result, they were unable to catch any teams-- a first for the competition.

The second day of the hunt, however, proved to be their best scenario. When a Supply Station opened in the north end of the map they were able to catch both the Lime Team and the Black Team (the latter of whom was still there when the Teal Team returned from dropping off their caught prey). Lime was subsequently eliminated because the other teams felt their consistent advantages posed too much of a threat against the easy-to-catch Black Team.

Answer: Gold Team

During the sixth hunt, the Gold Team finally got their chance to be the hunters. During the first day, all Prey Teams had the alarms on their vests set off. All of the teams were also given the chance to find a game-changing Mystery Box in the forest which would turn off the alarms and gain the recipients a powerful advantage. Teal Team, who located the box, were granted the ability to change the Hunt Team on day two; they chose to boot Gold Team from the position and put their allies, the recently-captured Red Team, into the position to knock out Gold.

In a stressful, uphill chase, Red Team succeeded and, during the voting ceremony, Gold was sent home because of their lack of social game and their strong physical game.

Answer: One

In the seventh hunt, the Black Team was the first and only team not to capture any prey. Despite the White Team being tethered together as part of another team's Advantage (specifically, the Black Team's Advantage), they did not catch anyone over their two four hour hunts. As a result, Sabrina and Noelle were eliminated from the game without a need for any formal voting ceremony.

Answer: Pink Team

Pink Team, consisting of Arlynn and Kirsten (the latter a survival specialist) were considered by most to be a strong team due to their general survival skills and sneakiness in the bush. Although they were caught and spared during the second hunt, they were captured once more during the eighth hunt, ultimately losing out to the Teal Team before they had a chance to be chosen as the hunters. Considering that all of the remaining teams in the game had been Hunt Teams at least once, they very likely would have been selected in the ninth hunt.

As such, the next Hunt Team was randomly picked during the Hunt-- not before, as was usually the case.

Answer: Red Team

Red Team was selected three times during the game-- twice due to the random chance of the game and once due to the Mystery Box reward obtained by Teal Team in the sixth hunt. Their final hunt occurred during the final four at which point they captured White Team and Teal Team.

They also hunted in hunt two and hunt six. Green Team hunted in hunt four and hunt nine while Teal Team hunted once, in hunt five.

Answer: Green

The Green Team, Kareem and Antoine, was pitted against Teal Team's Jade and Nikita in the final hunt. For this hunt, the two teams chased each other in a small area, taking turns as Hunt Team for fifteen minutes at a time before switching roles. Although both teams nearly caught the other during their times in the position, it was Green Team who finally caught Teal during the fourth fifteen minute period (their second run as Hunt Team).

They received the $250,000 and Golden Talons. Green Team won the game without receiving a single vote for elimination and without being captured themselves-- the only team to achieve the feat.
