Answer: Marilyn

The character of Marilyn Munster was first played by Beverley Owen and later by Pat Priest. Marilyn lived with her Uncle Herman and Aunt Lily throughout the entire series. She was the only person in the family that was 'normal', but to her family members she suffered a terrible affliction which made her ugly!
2. Which classic western launched the career of Clint Eastwood?

Answer: Rawhide

'Rawhide' centered around twenty or so cowboys driving a herd of 3000 cattle. A very young Clint Eastwood played the character Rowdy Yates. The series ran from Jan 1959 to Jan 1966 with a total of 217 episodes covering eight seasons.
3. What was the name of the family that lived at 1 Cemetery lane?

Answer: Addams

Gomaz, Morticia, Pugsley, and Wednesday Addams lived at 1 Cemetery lane along with Uncle Fester and butler Lurch, plus assorted animals and carnivorous plants. The original black and white series ran from 64 to 66.

Answer: Z Cars

'Z Cars' ran from Jan 62 to Sept 78, however in 1965 several of the characters started in a spin off series called 'Softly, Softly'. In the late '60s shows were broadcast live and rarely were recordings made. Because of this, sadly, there are many episodes of this classic show that are 'lost'.
5. In the classic British sitcom 'Steptoe and Son', what was the name of their horse?

Answer: Hercules

Albert Steptoe and son Harold Steptoe lived at Oil drum lane in Shepherds Bush London, where they made a meager living as rag and bone men. Albert, played by Wilfred Bramble, was an uncouth, foul mouthed old man, whilst son Harold, played by Harry H Corbett, always portrayed himself as a perfect gentleman with ideas and aspirations way above his station.

The show was broadcast by the BBC and ran from 1962 to 1965 with a second run between 1970 and 1974.
6. The original black and white series of which show starred Elizabeth Montgomery and her 'cute' nose?

Answer: Bewitched

Darren and Samantha Stevens were to most people the perfect couple. There were a few though that sometimes experienced the unusual things that often happened around them-- little did they know that Samantha was a witch, and cast her spells with a twitch of her nose! 'Bewitched' ran from 1964 to 1972, the first two seasons were in black and white.

Answer: Lost in Space

"Lost in Space" was the story of the Robinson family who left earth in 1997 to colonise a planet in the Alpha Centauri star system. Due to sabotage by the evil Dr Zachary Smith, the ship gets lost, and the story tells of the families fight for survival and their attempts to get home.

Answer: I Dream of Jeannie

Capt Tony Nelson discovers a strange bottle whilst on a mission. He opens it and releases a genie, who turns out to be a beautiful blonde who promises to attend to his every whim, - every mans dream come true?! 'I Dream of Jeannie' ran from 1965 to 1970, the first series being black and white.
9. Honor Blackman, Linda Thorson, Joanna Lumley, and Diana Rigg all starred in which British classic?

Answer: The Avengers

Those ladies were the consecutive partners of suave British Intelligence agent John Steed. The show ran for 160 episodes-- the plots were bizarre, but somehow Steed always managed to save the day. In France the show was titled 'Bowler Hat and Leather Boots' and had quite a cult following.

Ena Sharples, along with Minnie Caldwell and Martha Longhurst were often seen in the snug bar of the Rovers Return public house. There were better than the local newspaper for gossip-- there was nothing that got past them!
