2. Which is NOT one of Homer's essential phrases needed to get through life?

Answer: No, I'm not drunk, officer.

In "One Fish, Two Fish, Blowfish, Blue Fish", Homer ate Fugu that may have been prepared badly. He thought he was poisoned and was going to die in 24 hours. One of his last things to do was have a man to man talk with Bart, and during that talk, he gave him this advice.
