The training had Carter claiming she was a Tok'ra and Daniel was a Goa'uld, but Daniel said Carter was the Goa'uld. Grogan shot Carter, then Daniel shot everybody. During the rundown of what went wrong, Haley's contribution, which Jack said was right, was "Shoot them both. If you don't know who's Goa'uld and who's Tok'ra, disable them by whatever means necessary and sort it out later."

This was during another training mission. Haley wanted to try and disarm the bomb, but Lieutenant Elliott pulled them out instead. Haley said she supported the Lieutenant's decision to pull out, even though she probably could have disarmed the bomb and saved the technology.

The foothold situation was fake, yet another test for the SG candidates. They thought they had real weapons, but their back-ups and the weapons used by the SG personnel were actually loaded with blanks.

Haley seemed to have succeeded, but then she also circumvented the training program and actually shut down the real gate. Then, while in the gate room, she was electrocuted while trying to fix things. It was actually part of the training simulation. She was in on it. She didn't really circumvent the real gate controls.

Haley was in on the final training. She was in the Gate Room when there was an "accident" and "radiation" flooded the room. Carter and O'Neill told everyone she was dead. Elliott went back for her anyway, thus proving himself worthy of joining the Stargate program. Haley had already passed her test and helped out on the test for Elliott, Grogan and Satterfield.
