As the story goes the trailer Luanne lived in with her parents tipped over as she kept saying. Leanne was in jail for stabbing Hoyt Platter with a fork leaving Luanne living in Hank's den. A bill collector arrived at the Hills' house when Hank is informed of Luanne owing six months back rent on the trailer. Luanne claimed she couldn't live in the trailer because it was tipped over. Wanting his den back, Hank and his friends went to Shady Pines Trailer Park with a winch on his truck. Boomhauer, Bill, and Dale went to go and help.

The first attempt with Boomhauer driving it and ending up parking the truck on top of the trailer, which is where the door to the trailer was. On the second attempt, the guys got the trailer upright only to accidentally tip over another trailer with a "for sale" sign on it.

The guys quickly got in Hank's truck and left the scene.

Peggy and Luanne were supportive of Bobby going to be a husky model but Hank was more than a little distressed. Just as Bobby was about to take the stage for the fashion show Hank pulled him away. Andy Maynard, a rival of all the husky supermodels took Bobby's place. Just then some teenagers started eating the donuts for the fashion show only when Andy started his walk the donuts were thrown at the boys.

After disrupting a class Connie and Bobby were sentenced by their dads to chores. Wanting adventure they ran off with Joseph to the caves. Worried for the kids' Hank and Kahn went to look for them only to get lost themselves. On the surface, Peggy remarks, "Oh my goodness that is where half of Arlen's unplanned pregnancies begin." The next shot is of John Redcorn and Nancy hinting that Joseph was conceived in the caves.

Hank's mother Tilly and her boyfriend Gary Kasner arrive for Christmas. Hank, Peggy, Bobby, and Luanne leave for a basketball game later on but Hank goes back inside for his foam finger. He comes across clothes lying on the floor and then he hears noises from the kitchen.

He barely opens it a crack and sees his mother and Gary having relations on the kitchen table. The psychological shock causes him to go blind so Dale, Bill, and Boomhauer start to make fun of Hank's being blind. Gary then drives Hank to Cotton's Houston home for Christmas but leaves after Cotton badmouths Tilly.

Then Gary drives him to a religious tent gathering where Hank magically gets his sight back. Hank and Gary come home where the guys make fun of Hank. Then Boomhauer speaks saying in short, "Hank can see!" Earlier Hank promised to kick all three of them once he was un-blind.

While celebrating Strickland Summer in January Picnic it suddenly starts snowing. Hank takes charge of the situation and heads off to Strickland Propane with Joe Jack, Bobby, and Mr. Strickland. While looking at the adult-only calendar Strickland suffers a heart attack. He then places an MBA-type Lloyd Vickers in charge of the company while Hank is in charge of his dogs.

After looking on in horror at his laundry drying on a clothesline Hank finally concedes to buying a new dryer. Hank and Peggy went to the Mega Lo Mart where they applied for an in-store credit card. During the application process, the store employee declares he was denied credit as his credit was no good. Hank later discovers that the problem lay at Arlen Video where they say he owes $40.00 for a tape he never returned.

After learning the title "Cuffs & Collars" he went to look in the section and screamed in horror as it was an adult movie. Hank later gets put on a pornography mailing list, more adult videos, and paraphernalia.

He takes Arlen Video to court with proof positive that shows he didn't rent the tape. His credit record was cleared and he successfully bought the new dryer.

Leanne Platter was released early from prison much to Luanne's delight, which Hank said no to her living there. Peggy offered a place at the house when Luanne thought of dropping out of college to prevent this. Leanne soon began dating Bill Dauterive who was blowing all his money on gifts for her instead of buying his pills to treat his foot fungus. Leanne gets so grossed out over Bill's fungus feet she begins drinking again and becomes violent towards Bill. For instance, she punched him in the arm after announcing their engagement to the Hills.

Bobby finishes a bowl of Oatmeal Cookie Crunch cereal for breakfast before leaving for school. Peggy realizes she'll be late for school and hastily pour Bobby another bowl of the same cereal, which he pours sugar on top of that. Bobby then pours himself a third bowl with sugar.

Then Hank allows him an unknowing fourth bowl with sugar. The result was Bobby acting hyperactive manner due to consuming lots of sugar in all four bowls of the cereal. Bobby was later diagnosed with having Attention Deficit Disorder thinking he wasn't paying attention.

Mega Lo Mart's low prices forced Mr. Strickland to close the Arlen branch of Strickland Propane, which forced Hank to eventually get a new job at Mega Lo Mart. During his shift, Hank tries to tell Buckley dragging the propane tank by its valve was wrong. Buckley dragged it by its valve anyway telling Hank to set up for Chuck Mangione's concert. Hank goes to the break room to get an air horn to ruin the concert on purpose then he sniffs and smells that the propane tank from earlier was left on.
