Peggy failed her twelfth pregnancy test prompting her and Hank to go to a fertility specialist. The doctor discovered Hank's sperm count was low but he gave them advice on how to raise it. Then Cotton and a very pregnant Didi paid a surprise visit to the Hills' house, much to Peggy's horror.

Hank, Peggy, and Bobby host Thanksgiving at their house with Tilly and Bill. Suddenly Cotton and a very pregnant Didi make a surprise visit much to Peggy's annoyance. During the dinner Cotton insults Tilly without so much as any help from Hank. Later, Cotton joins Hank's focus group on lawnmowers, specifically Mason 1500 lawnmowers.

Depressed over another Christmas without his ex-wife Lenore, Bill gets an iguana he names Lenore, except the iguana runs away. Hank, Dale, and Boomhauer each take turns making sure Bill doesn't try to commit suicide. Fed up with the many presents with fading paper for Lenore, Hank destroys the gifts. As a result, Bill begins wearing Lenore's dresses and speaking like a woman.

After being humiliated by several students, like Dooley, Peggy retaliates by spanking Dooley in front of the class. Even though the parents of Dooley forgiving her Peggy is fired. Cotton introduces Peggy to Hank's former principal and a piece of wood called Ol' Spanky. Peggy earns the nickname of "Paddling Peggy" and, with Cotton's help, she gets her job back.

After a series of pranks against each other, Bobby replaces the birth control pills with candy and after Luanne notices, she lets Hank and Peggy know. To teach them both a lesson Hank and Peggy arrange for both Luanne and Bobby to get married. They are "married" by Bill, who hates the idea of a fake wedding and spills the beans to Luanne and Bobby.

Hank worries so much for his mother Tilly and her friends he offers to drive them to Port Aransas but got behind schedule at the pancake house. Hank and the ladies check into the motel with plans to go to the museum in the morning. But, unbeknownst to Hank, Port Aransas was about to be overrun by Spring Break students.

Back in season one's "Hank's Unmentionable Problem," an x-ray showed he was constipated. This x-ray was enlarged and placed in an art exhibit much to Hank's horror. Hank later successfully gets the art exhibit to remove the x-ray and placed his own picture saying, "Hank Hill, running back. Circa 1974. Picture by Kodak, USA."

For their twentieth wedding anniversary, Hank arranges a simple dinner party with their neighbors. Luanne goes off to be with friends and Bobby goes with Cotton and Didi. Hank takes themselves to the revolving restaurant in another town and Peggy wants a drink with alcohol. Hank reminds her that it has alcohol in it so he won't drink a beer. Peggy then doesn't order a drink and Hank orders a beer.

After drinking tequila they both pass out drunk in the garage, and Peggy decides she doesn't want the highlight of the anniversary to be of them passed out in the garage, so they skydive.

After Hank lands safely, he uses a radio to tell Peggy to do it because it was a great feeling. Then over the radio, she hears Luanne announce Didi was in labor and having the baby. So Peggy decides to jump but soon she notices her main chute and emergency chute won't open.
