Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. "Picture of a woman looking at a picture. Movie great of another time.." The title of this episode from the first season refers to a film gauge. Which title fits the bill?

Answer: The Sixteen Millimeter Shrine

The 16mm film gauge was originally intended for low-budget productions. The protagonist in this episode is "Barbara Jean Trenton, whose world is a projection room, whose dreams are made out of celluloid." She wishes for a return to her brief fame as an actress.

In her case, her wish is manifested in an eerie manner. "To the wishes that come true, to the strange, mystic strength of the human animal, who can take a wishful dream and give it a dimension of its own. To Barbara Jean Trenton, movie queen of another era, who has changed the blank tomb of an empty projection screen into a private world."
2. On the brink of an apocalyptic third world war, two families scheme together in order to commandeer a space craft that will enable the families to escape the devastation. The title may depict their departure point or destination. Which title is it?

Answer: Third from the Sun

The nice twist ending is inherent in the title of the episode, but it is still a nice twist.

"The name is Grady, ten feet tall, a slightly distorted offshoot of a good breed of humans who race horses. Unfortunately for Mr. Grady, he learned too late that you never measure size with a ruler, you don't figure height with a yardstick, and you never judge a man by how tall he looks in a mirror. The giant is as he does."
