9. In "Face the Music," how much money was won in the bonus round by using only one picture?

Answer: $10,000

The first picture was worth $10,000, with the next worth only $5,000. Each succeeding picture was worth $1,000 less than the previous, until the contestant fell to $1,000. The pictures ranged from childhood to (then) present-day. This series only lasted from 1980 to 1981.
