quiz
Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Song: "Welcome to Sacred Heart" Line: "You caught an STD from some tasty little ________ ."

Answer: tart

This song begins the musical quality of the episode. A patient named Ms. Miller faints and suddenly hears everyone singing in show tunes. "Welcome to Sacred Heart" is a big musical fanfare that the entire cast performs (perfectly choreographed no less!) to welcome Ms. Miller to the hospital. During the course of the song, many people are sung about, including one unlucky fellow referenced to by this line.
2. Song: "Everything Comes Down to Poo" Line: "It doesn't really matter if it's hard or if it's loose, we'll figure out what's ailing you as long as it's a ________ ."

Answer: deuce

In this song, the doctors are still unsure why Ms. Miller hears music, so they want to run more tests. In this song with some very interesting analogies, we find J.D. and Turk explaining the benefits of testing her "number two".
3. Song: "We're Gonna Miss You Carla" Line: "And I hesitate to say, you did what _______ done to Jesus."

Answer: Judas

While Ms. Miller's tests are being run, she runs across another story line in the episode where Carla is considering whether or not to return to work after having her baby. When she reveals that she's considering taking a year off, several characters start singing about their disappointment at her leaving.
4. Song: "Dr. Cox's Rant Song" Cox: "Am I still singing?" Ms. Miller: "Singing like a _______ ."

Answer: bird

Ms. Miller wants to let Dr. Cox know that she's not crazy, because the doctors believe she may have a psychiatric illness. When J.D. starts annoying Dr. Cox, Cox starts into a song in which he tries to communicate how annoying he and the Janitor think J.D. is. J.D. is oblivious, so Cox asks Ms. Miller to say something.

She lets him have it (in song, of course). Cox is impressed, so he agrees to have more tests ordered.
5. Song: "When the Truth Comes Out" Line: "When we move, I'm gonna have my own private _______ ."

Answer: loo

This line is in reference to the third part of the storyline in this episode. Up until now, J.D. had been living with Elliot. However, she has just found her own house. J.D. thinks he is moving with her, but she doesn't want him to. However, she can't find a good way to tell him. Meanwhile, Ms. Miller learns she has a life-threatening aneurysm causing the music she is hearing.
6. Song: "Guy Love" Line: "Though I'm proud to call you ___________________, the crowd will always talk and stare."

Answer: Chocolate Bear

When Turk and J.D. come to check on Ms. Miller in her bed, they sing this ode to the close friendship they've always had. Though Turk doesn't ever like to get too "touchy-feely", he is proud to admit that J.D. is his best friend, too.
7. Song: "The Dominican Tango" Line: "Was our wedding song the _________ or Led Zeppelin?"

Answer: Beatles

When Carla finally reveals she wants to come back to work to Turk, he's a little upset, saying he thought family was most important to Puerto Ricans. This angers Carla, who has repeatedly tried to let Turk know she is actually Dominican. Thus comes this tango where Turk finally admits he knows she is Dominican and that he is fine with Carla coming back to work. For the record, the song at their wedding was "Eight Days a Week".
8. Song: "Friends Forever" Line: "We're as close as the vena cava and the ________ ."

Answer: aorta

Elliot has finally let J.D. know she wants to move out on her own. He is upset by the news, and Elliot tries to console him. But J.D. lets her know it's all fine, because nothing can break their friendship apart. Thus comes this song which is clearly an homage to "Grease".
9. Song: "You're Going to Be OK" Line: "We're right here beside you, we won't let you slip away. Plan for ________, 'cause we swear to you, you're going to be OK."

Answer: tomorrow

In this heart wrenching song, Ms. Miller sings of her fear that she won't be able to fulfill her dreams because of her condition. The entire staff console her by singing a beautiful reassurance that she is going to be fine. And indeed she does pull through just fine.
10. One more interesting line: Song: "Everything Comes Down to Poo" Line: "It may sound _______, you may say "Shoosh", but we need to see what comes out of your tush."

Answer: gross

The reason I brought up this line was the censorship behind it. The line was originally meant to say, "It may sound crass, but we need to see what comes out of your a**." Hope you liked this quiz and hope you watch the episode soon!
