William Decker had worked with Jenny and Gibbs in Europe. Decker was in charge of getting Gibbs and Jenny fake IDs and such. When Jenny heard he'd died of a heart attack, she at first felt relieved but at the funeral realized Decker had actually been murdered.

"Oshimaida" was a codeword that Decker, Jenny, and Gibbs were to use if they were compromised. When Jenny overheard a man asking if anyone named Oshimaida had signed the condolence book at Decker's funeral, she realized that Decker had been murdered and now someone was looking for her and Gibbs.

Answer: CPR recertification

McGee was at Tony's desk reading his girlie magazine when Tony called. Ducky was working on re-certifying everyone for CPR.

Answer: Franks

She called Mike Franks to help because she needed someone outside the agency. Franks thought that meant he was on her short list, but it was actually Gibbs who was on Jenny's short list and because Gibbs trusted Franks with his life, that made him the person she called.

Answer: Sasha

Sasha was 22 and was Decker's girlfriend. When Jenny and Mike Franks went to Decker's house, they found Sasha crying in a closet. Sasha said that Decker left a message for someone named Jenny Shepard at NCIS. The message was a key to a diner out in the desert. Sasha said that Decker left an insurance policy there that Jenny would know where to find.

Jenny told Sasha to get out of town and gave Sasha the keys to her rental. Sasha's body was found in close proximity to Jenny's rental car, which alerted Tony and Ziva to the fact that Jenny was probably in trouble.

Answer: Jenny was a woman with urges

Ziva was suspicious from the beginning and wanted to remain at the hotel in case Jenny needed them. Tony, on the other hand, believed that she was a woman with urges and was out with a man. When Tony and Ziva called her and heard Mike's voice in the background, Tony took that as confirmation of his hunch.

Answer: Abby

She sent the photos to Abby and told her not to tell anyone about them. However, Abby needed McGee's help to identify the man as Viggo Drantyev - which was a fake name.

Answer: Numbers

Jenny remembered that, while in Paris with Decker and Gibbs, they placed codes disguised as dates at the bottom of photographs. Jenny saw some pictures on the wall where the dates didn't match when the photographs matched, so she wrote down the numbers. Mike Franks memorized the numbers and Jenny burned the originals.

Answer: He didn't.

Gibbs had wanted to stay together with Jenny, but Gibbs didn't fit into her five point plan, so she was the one who broke it off. Franks said that Jenny was still young and she had time to right things.

Answer: He saw her pills

Franks originally said he saw it in her eyes, but Jenny didn't buy it. He then explained he had searched her phone, glove compartment and purse. It was in the purse that he found her pills. She told Franks that Gibbs didn't know and he asked why she didn't tell him. She replied that she didn't know.

Answer: She didn't make the kill she was supposed to

Gibbs and Jenny were each supposed to kill one person. Gibbs made his call and when Franks asked if Gibbs had verified Jenny's kill, Gibbs didn't respond. It turns out the blonde with Viggo was Svetlana, the woman Jenny was supposed to kill - and what had always bothered Jenny as she believed Svetlana would catch up with her, Decker, and Gibbs some day.

Franks commented that he was surprised Jenny hadn't made the hit. Gibbs responded that Jenny was softer back then and he'd taught her.

Answer: No one

When Jenny picked the lock at Decker's house, Franks asked if Gibbs had taught her that. Jenny responded that Gibbs didn't teach, you watched and learned. Franks then added that he taught Gibbs.

Answer: In Franks' will

Franks said he'd leave Vance the insurance policy in his will. We never really found out what was in it in this episode.

Answer: Pour himself a drink

At the end of the episode, Vance was named Director of NCIS and he quickly un-did everything Jenny had done - removed her father's photograph from the desk, sent Ziva back to Israel, and broke up the rest of Gibbs' team.

Answer: It was sanctioned

Vance responded that it had been sanctioned - 9 years ago.
