Answer: Water Rats

"Water Rats," a drama centred around the Sydney Water Police, aired from 1996 until 2001 on the Nine Network. It also starred Catherine McClements, Dee Smart, Aaron Jeffery, Scott Burgess, and Brett Partridge (to name a few). It was created by John Hugginson and Tony Morphett (also head writer) and produced by Hal McElroy, Ted Roberts, Errol Sullivan and Kris Noble.
2. This drama won 23 Logie Awards within its first 10 years, and was set in what is often called the "Crime Capital of Australia."

Answer: Blue Heelers

"Blue Heelers" first aired in 1994. It was created by Tony Morphett and Hal McElroy, and produced by Hal McElroy, Ric Pellizzeri and Gus Howard. It won four Logie Awards for Most Popular Program, star Lisa McCune won five Silver Logies, four Gold Logies and one New Talent Logie.

Another star, Martin Sacks, won 5 Silver Logies also, and Jane Allsop, Tasma Walton and Ditch Davey all won New Talent Logies. The show has also one a few People's Choice, AFI (Australian Film Institute) and AWGIE (Australian Writer's Guild) Awards.

"All Saints" had won 9 Logie Awards within its first six years. These included two Gold Logies and one Silver Logie won by Georgie Parker, two Silver Logies won by Libby Tanner, one Silver Logie won by Erik Thomson, and three Most Popular Program Awards.

The show, produced by John Holmes, Jo Porter and Di Drew, had also won an AFI (Australian Film Institute) Award, and an ASSG (Australian Screen Sound) Award.

That town is Killarney. The farm Killarney on the show is run by the Ryan family, particularly money-hungry, selfish Harry Ryan. The telemovie starred Tammy MacIntosh and Kym Wilson as the McLeod sisters Claire and Tess, whereas there series - which began in 2001 and was created by Posie Graeme-Evans, and produced by Kris Noble, Susan Bower, Andrew Blaxland, Karl Zwicky and Vikki Barr - starred relative newcomers (at that time) Lisa Chappell and Bridie Carter as the sisters.

They found themselves nominated for many Logie Awards, with Lisa taking home Most Popular New Female Talent 2002 and Most Popular Actress 2004.

The show also won Most Popular Program in 2004, and Bridie was nominated for both Most Popular Actress and Most Outstanding Actress - the latter which is voted for by industry experts and is therefore quite prestigious.
