Natalie almost always calls her boss Mr. Monk. She says, "I can't call him by his first name. It's just not me." Captain Stottlemeyer and Randy call him Monk while Dr. Kroger, Dr. Bell, and Sharona call him Adrian.

2. Natalie's last name is Teeger, but what is Natalie's maiden name?

Answer: Davenport

Natalie's family, the Davenports, own a major toothpaste company, which she wants nothing to do with. Mr. Monk's former assistant Sharona had the last name Fleming.

3. What is Natalie's middle name?

Answer: Jane

In the episode "Mr. Monk and the Wedding", Natalie's mother Peggy calls her "Natalie Jane" when she gets angry. Her middle name is never mentioned again though...

Julie Teeger is Natalie's daughter. She was 12 in the first episode, but by the end of the series was 17. She looks up to Mr. Monk much like Benjy, Sharona's son.

Mitch was killed in a accident while serving as a Navy pilot. According to his other crew members, when the plane crashed, Mitch panicked and ran off with all the supplies and food. No one knows this but Natalie and Mr. Monk.

Steven Albright was a comrade of Mitch's in the Navy. They reunited in "Mr. Monk is Underwater" and then a year later were dating.

Natalie was arrested in Vermont for throwing a guy out a bar room window. She claims that, "He wouldn't leave my friend alone." Mr. Monk doesn't even know this.

Natalie played varsity basketball all four years in high school. This is said when she substitutes for Julie's coach after she is killed.

10. Mr. Monk pays Natalie the same amount that he paid Sharona.

Answer: False

Mr. Monk paid Sharona 300 more dollars a month than Natalie. She finds this out by accident when Sharona says that she doesn't know how she survived on her pay. Natalie forces Mr. Monk to pay her an equal amount, which he does on one condition: Natalie can't talk to Sharona about Mr. Monk anymore.
