Lindsey approaches Spike in the strip club.

Lindsey: "Look like somebody who's feelin' kinda lost."

Spike: "Is that right? Funny, I though I knew exactly where I was. Place called the Peppermint Stick."

Spike called her a "prima ballerina" and said he was fairly sure that Sunshine was not her real name.

Spike asks Lindsey who he really is, and Lindsey replies "Your new best friend." He goes on to admit he mailed the amulet to Wolfram and Hart because he couldn't "leave your spirit trapped in a bauble at the bottom of the Hellmouth".

Spike continues to become more irritated with Lindsey and finally gets him to reveal his identity. He says he is Doyle. We all know the real Doyle, played by Glen Quinn in season one, sacrificed himself in the episode "Hero" after passing the Powers That Be visions onto Cordelia.

This is a hilarious, and typical, Spike dialogue!

Lady: "Thank you, thank you, that thing was gonna kill me!"

Spike: "Well, what do you expect? Out alone in this neighborhood... I got half a mind to kill you myself ya half-wit!"

Lady: "What?"

Spike: "I mean honestly, what kind of retard wears heels like that in a dark alley? Take two steps break your bloody ankle."

Lady: "I was just tryin' to get home!"

Spike: "Well get a cab you moron. And on the way, if a stranger offers you candy... don't get in the van!"

Answer: Spike

In the very beginning Spike drinks from the cup, as seen in "Destiny", and Angel burns up. The next hallucination is about Wes telling him that he is irrelevant, but Angel does not die in that instance. He is staked by Wes, but wakes up and no death is seen. Fred does not kill him either, she just removes all of his insides and declares him empty. Eve delivers the bigger of the parasites to him, but that was real and not actually a hallucination at all.

Answer: Accounting

Harmony says that she is not allowed to talk to Accounting without Angel's approval. Wes tells her to give them his authorization code and have them cut a check and send it immediately.

Answer: "Let's take a look under the hood."

He sees her walking toward him in his dream and she pops a surgical glove over her right hand. Then she is suddenly no longer in her red blouse, but in a white lab coat and pops a glove on her left hand.

Answer: "The Prom"

We never see Buffy's face, but we do see Spike and hear Spike's real voice. Sarah's voice was dubbed in from the season three episode "The Prom", when Angel reveals to her he is leaving Sunnydale for good after graduation.

Angel: "Spike?"

Spike: "Keep it down mate, you've got something on your shirt there."

Buffy: "Every time I say the word Prom you get grouchy."

Angel: "Buffy?"

Spike: "It won't be long now."

Angel: "You're taking Buffy to the Prom?"

Buffy: "Can you say jumping the gun? I kill my goldfish."

Angel: "I thought we were going to the..."

Spike: "Shh! I can't be a marathon man with all your yammering."

Answer: None of these

They were all gazing out of the windows of the room, watching an actual apocalypse.

Answer: Way to go Spike

The cake was decorated with burning buildings, presumably the apocalypse mentioned in the previous question, and had these words written in red icing. The cake was in celebration of Spike single handedly saving the world by ending Armageddon.

Fred is the one who says this and a gray/green fairy floats in with a wand and replies, "And so you shall." Spike's heart starts beating again and several people rush over to listen to it beat.

Answer: Crockett and Tubbs

Crockett and Tubbs were played by Don Johnson and Philip Michael Thomas from 1984-1989 in the series "Miami Vice".

After he says this, Lorne spits tobacco across the room into a spittoon (which we do not see, but hear). "Cowboy Guy" was the character Riley played in "Death of a Salesman" during Willow's dream sequence in the season four episode of "BTVS" called "Restless".

Lilah is not seen in this episode. "This" paid for in blood is their agreement with Wolfram and Hart. You have to sign in blood with the company. Gunn, being newly fashioned with brain power from the company, is Angel's link to the white room conduit.

It is a huge black panther, but in the previous season was a creepy little girl.
The mojo being worked by Lindsey and Eve is wearing on Angel's fear of being irrelevant (due to our newly ensouled vampire champion Spike); his burden of being the sole member of the team who remembers Connor; and his worry about the team turning against him when they find out what he agreed to (erasing their memories) to save Connor. I am sure the state of Cordelia at this point (comatose) is not helping either.

Lorne calls her Parasite Eve (also a video game series) in the next episode "Damage".

Angel: "Maybe we made a mistake coming here."

Gunn: "What's goin' on?"

Lorne: "Oh, Parasite Eve right on out the door."
