Amongst her abilities, the Cut-Wife can protect herself and her surroundings with totems and practised divination through cartomancy and clairvoyance. According to Victor Frankenstein, a long-time friend of Dr.Jekyll, the latter is a brilliant chemist, the best he ever found.

In the beginning of season 3, we can see that Jekyll's research is focused on a particular kind of serum.
3. How does Hecate present herself to Ethan Chandler in a café?

In an attempt to get closer to Ethan, after acknowledging that he is the Lupus Dei, Hecate introduces herself to him as Hecate Aphrodite Livingston. She also says that she is American, instead of English.
4. What is the Devil's tongue called?

Answer: Verbis Diablo

Verbis Diablo, according to the lore presented in the show, is the language spoken by the Devil, having power in itself and corrupting those who speak it.
"Nebratron" is the word in Verbis Diablo for "master" and "Eksleebire" for "go away".
5. When Dorian meets Vanessa before a séance, which particular thing does he refer to that makes Vanessa different from the other women in the house?

Answer: She does not wear gloves

Vanessa and Dorian are both guests at a soiree that Mr.Lyle gives. Upon meeting Vanessa, Mr. Gray notices that she is not like the other women, which only makes her more interesting. This is confirmed during the séance, attended by both.
6. Which characters are introduced as siblings?

Answer: Lucifer and Dracula

Lucifer and Dracula are brothers in this show, seeking to conquer Vanessa. As she puts it, Lucifer seeks her soul and Dracula her body. During her time in an asylum, Vanessa is visited by both.
7. During his time working at the Grand Guignol Theatre, Frankenstein's monster receives which name?

Answer: Caliban

Victor's "first born" son, the monster is abandoned after his creation, never receiving a name from his father. While working in the Grand Guignol Theatre, he is given the name Caliban, present in "The Tempest" by William Shakespeare.
He later calls himself John Clare, a reference to the English poet of the same name.

Proteus is another of Victor's creations and Renfield is Dracula's familiar and Dr.Seward's secretary.
8. During the séance, Peter presumably speaks through Vanessa. Which question does he ask when addressing Sir Malcolm?

Answer: He asks if Sir Malcolm named a mountain after him

Vanessa becomes possessed during the séance, revealing that she is a medium. Peter's spirit tries to talk to his father Sir Malcolm, asking if he named a mountain in Africa after him.
9. What is the main symbol of the union between the Murrays and the Ives?

Answer: The open gate that joins both estates

Both families are extremely united until the day Mina finds her fiancé betraying her with Vanessa. From that day forward, the gate that separates both estates is closed for the first time.
10. Which characters are immortal?

Answer: Dorian and Lily

Dorian Gray has his soul trapped in a painting and therefore cannot age. Lily, on the other hand, was reanimated by Victor Frankenstein and, like his first creation, she does not die from natural causes.
