Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. "J-Cat"- What does LJ see scratched on the side of the well, after descending to get Agent Quinn's cellphone?

Answer: Kellerman O Kravecki

Veronica and Nick took LJ back to the cabin they'd all hid inside, while on the run from the agency. Nick lowered LJ down on a rope to retrieve Quinn's cellphone, and this is when LJ spotted Hale's last message before death.
LJ did not tell anyone about the message, and used a fake search engine to search out O Kravecki. The search engine, spyderfinder.com, was also used in the short-lived remake of "Night Stalker" in 2005.
Agent Paul Kellerman was living under the identity of Owen Kravecki, at 226 High Point Blvd. in Chicago, IL.
2. "J-Cat"- Which of these men had NOT been inside solitary confinement (Ad-Seg) during the course of this episode?

Answer: John Abruzzi

Lincoln was already there when Michael was taken down. Michael was placed in solitary, known formally as Administrative Segregation, because he would not tell Warden Pope how he'd been burned. Fernando was placed in solitary (informally called The Hole) for sneaking out to get some panties from his girlfriend. At least, that is the story Fernando and T-Bag worked out for a cover. Fernando was really out so he could fill in the hole the men had dug out in the guard's building. He was successful, and had the whole story worked out so he wouldn't be accused of trying to escape.
Michael figured out how to get of solitary, and into the whack shack, by pounding his fist into the concrete wall of his cell. He needed access to Haywire, who may be the only person to fill in the blanks on his tattooed blueprint.
John Abruzzi hadn't returned to the prison since his throat was sliced by T-Bag.
3. "J-Cat"- Did LJ find and kill agent Paul Kellerman?

Answer: No

LJ was able to locate Owen Kravecki and break into his house, but he did not kill the man. He was able to fire off one shot, which hit Paul in the neck. The shot only grazed the man, and caused no real damage. The police pulled up and took LJ away, as Paul's neighbor had spotted LJ breaking into Paul's (Owen) house.
4. "Bluff"- Michael tries to get Haywire to remember who he is. What did Haywire finally remember about Michael to get his memories rolling again?

Answer: Michael had stolen his toothpaste

It is not long after this remembrance that Haywire has to take his medicine. Haywire is totally clueless while on the drugs, so Michael later forces him to vomit them back up.
5. "Bluff"- Which potential escapee overhears an inmate bidding on Michael and Fernando's cell?

Answer: T-Bag

Ol' Teddy Bagwell (T-Bag to most) heard C.O. Geary offering the freedom cell up to an inmate. The inmate offered $200, to which Geary agreed. Later, when C-Note (Miles Franklin to no one in the prison) asked what he would need to get the cell, Geary said double his current offer of $250. I assume that Geary lied about the $250, because when C-Note and Westmoreland offered $500 in cash and a gold watch, Geary just stole the money/watch and said he'd been offered $700.

He also claimed to have been given the $700 already, so C-Note was "out of luck".

In the end, Geary should have just played fair..
6. "Bluff"- C- Notes' crew beat him up in the prison yard.

Answer: True

C-Note came to his crew and asked that any monetary favors owed to him be paid up immediately. C-Note had previously been "the man" when it came to getting just about anything. He'd supplied Michael with the pugnag so he could fake diabetes. In C-Note's attempt to ride Michael's dream out of Fox River, he'd become too chummy with a detested rival- T-Bag. All of the debts owed to C-Note were passed over to another inmate. C-Note, being a little panicked, showed anger and force against his crew, so they beat him up. I was a little surprised at his ability to walk so soon afterward, as the beating looked pretty brutal.
7. "Bluff"- Who teamed up with T-Bag to win money in a card game?

Answer: C-Note

Teddy told C-Note to trust him and bet big. On the last hand, a card was dropped during Teddy's deal. So, that card was placed on the bottom and C-Note had to take the next card in the deck. Teddy tried to get a re-deal, but rules are rules. So, C-Note stuck to their plan, bet big and raised Jesus, who was busted now. Since Jesus had no more cash to match C-Note's raise, he had to fold.
8. "Bluff"- Was Haywire able to re-draw Michael's tattoo, showing the way out?

Answer: Yes

Haywire remembered the "pathway to hell" and produced a sketch. When it was time to hand it over, Haywire demanded to know the escape plan or he'd tear it up. Never missing a beat, Michael gives him all the details and promises he'll come back to Fox River after he gets Linc out. Haywire promises Michael that he'll kill him if he goes back on his word. Michael had assumed Haywire would attempt the escape on his own, and he did. Michael lied, and Haywire opened a door with an alarm! It sounded, and the guards came after Haywire. Michael watched through his window as Haywire was tasered and taken away. Way to use a guy, Michael!
9. "Bluff"- What present did Michael give to Dr. Tancredi?

Answer: ashtray

He told her he'd made her an ashtray while in the whack shack. She doesn't smoke, but that's all they'd allow him to make. He was back to normal, not at all crazed looking. He played up a vulnerability to her, and said he'd just lost it in Ad-Seg. She told him that unless he told Pope who'd burned him, he'd be back in Ad-Seg right away.
10. "Bluff"- When Michael finally told the Pope who'd burned him, who did he claim it was?

Answer: C.O. Geary

Since C.O. Geary went out of his way to steal from people, and more recently from Michael's crew, they decided to pay him back. Michael HAD to supply Warden Pope with a name, and it had to make sense with the guard uniform piece found in his skin. Menche (Fernando's cousin) planted the burned guard's uniform inside Geary's locker. Michael played up his fear to the Pope, making the warden promise he'd be protected.

When the warden inspected Geary's locker, he found Westmoreland's gold watch and the burned out guard jacket.

He was fired on the spot. Matt DeCaro played C.O. Geary. Matt has guest-starred on many TV shows. That list includes "CSI", "24", "NCIS", ER", and "Curb Your Enthusiasm".
