T-bag was unknowingly sharing a plane with Bellick. Bellick was seated near the back of the plane and after asking when the meal would be served was told that they don't serve meals so they can keep the cost of tickets down. Shortly after Bellick was told this the air hostess moved towards the front of the plane where T-bag, posing as Dr Stammel asked for more champagne.

The character that came back was Warden Pope. He came back to help Michael and Sara open the box that contained evidence that would prove Lincoln's innocence. On his way out of the private cigar club he was stopped by Bill Kim who wanted to know what he had obtained from the cigar club. Pope refused to tell him and was rescued by Michael, Sara, Lincoln and Kellerman. On his return to his home Michael got out of the car with him as he had told Pope he would turn himself in. Luckily for Michael, Lincoln and Sara, Pope let them go as he had listened to the tape and told him that they had something, and to go a prove Lincoln's innocence.

Mahone told C-note he would receive a parcel later in the afternoon and Mahone told him to use it. While C-note was in his cell later that day, he did receive a parcel, in it was a rope with a noose tied at the end, Mahone wanted him to kill himself so that he wouldn't have to hurt C-note's family.

Michael sprinkled cayenne pepper into the wound on Lincoln's leg, he used this after he had cleaned it to seal the capillaries surrounding the wound.

Ann had to take pills to prevent a miscarriage. She was pregnant, and she told Sucre she needed to take the pills or she would have a miscarriage, after being told where they were, Sucre got her the pills and helped her take them.

Michael threw his hard drive in the canal, but Mahone worked out what he'd done and had divers sent into the canal to see if they could find anything. They found his hard drive and recovered 60% of Michael's plan of the escape.
