Answer: Morty Seinfeld

This was in 'The Wallet'. Morty Seinfeld goes to a specialist to have his back checked. After leaving his jacket in the patient's room, Morty comes back and finds his wallet is missing. He blames the entire doctor's office for stealing it. Actually, he dropped it in Jerry's couch.

In "The Pledge Drive", Uncle Leo goes to see Jerry help at the PBS Pledge Drive. Kramer worked as one of the people who answered over-the-phone donations and got a call from Jerry's nana. Kramer, out of sheer happiness, said his nana was donating $1,500 to PBS. Uncle Leo suddenly interrupted the show saying she couldn't do that because of her income.
