1. Season 1 Episode 1: Who introduced John Watson to Sherlock Holmes?

Answer: Mike Stamford

The entire episode is based on the first Sherlock Holmes story, "A Study in Scarlet". Mike Stamford is an old friend of John's, and when John tells him he is in need of a roommate to share the rent with him, Mike introduces him to Sherlock Holmes, who is also in need of a roommate.
2. Season 1 Episode 2: What item is found with each of the victims?

Answer: a black paper lotus

The Black Lotus Tong is a smuggling ring from China who leaves small black paper lotuses with the bodies of their victims.
3. Season 1 Episode 3: What is the nickname of the assassin who strangles Alex Woodbridge and Professor Cairns?

Answer: the Golem

Oscar Dzundza, also known as the Golem, is a Czechoslovakian assassin hired by Jim Moriarty. He kills Alex Woodbridge because he realized that a valuable painting is actually fake, and then he kills Professor Cairns because she had contacted Alex about the possibility of the painting being a fake.
4. Season 2 Episode 1: What is Moriarty's ringtone?

Answer: "Stayin' Alive"

At the very beginning of the episode, just as Sherlock is about to shoot the explosive vest and kill them all, Moriarty's phone rings. After a brief conversation, he calls off the snipers he has trained on John and Sherlock and leaves.
5. Season 2 Episode 2: What is the name of the missing rabbit?

Answer: Bluebell

It is revealed that Dr. Jacqui Stapleton had been performing genetic experiments on her daughter's rabbit, which explains why Kirsty saw it glow before it disappeared.
6. Season 2 Episode 3: What is Moriarty's fake identity?

Answer: Richard Brook

Richard Brook in German is Reichenbach, which is the name of the case that made Sherlock famous. This is how Sherlock knew that Richard Brook was fake.
7. Season 3 Episode 1: How does Sherlock stop the bomb?

Answer: there was an off switch

When John and Sherlock see that the bomb had been activated, Sherlock claims he does not know how to defuse it. As John prepares to die, he hears Sherlock laughing and sees that the timer has stopped. This prompts Sherlock to explain that terrorists often include an off switch on bombs to delay the explosion if some part of their plan goes wrong.
8. Season 3 Episode 2: Who was the attempted murderer?

Answer: the photographer

Major James Sholto led a group of men on patrol in Afghanistan when they were ambushed by Afghan infantrymen. Sholto was the only survivor. The wedding photographer wanted revenge on him because his brother was one of the men killed in the ambush. He tried to kill Sholto by stabbing him with a thin knife through his tight belt, which would hold the wound closed until it was removed.

He practiced this method of murder on a Royal Guard, which would have worked had John and Sherlock not shown up when they did and stopped the blood loss.

When Sherlock figured out how Sholto was going to die and told him, Sholto believed he deserved it. However, he eventually allowed himself to be healed.
9. I haven't seen the third episode in the third series yet, so this question will be about the mini-episode "Many Happy Returns": Sherlock Holmes is believed to be secretly solving crimes in which three areas?

Answer: Tibet, India, and Germany

In this mini-episode, we see a bearded Anderson talking to Detective Inspector Lestrade about his theory that Sherlock could still be alive (this took place between series 2 and 3). He appears to be tracking Sherlock's location based on crimes and mysteries that have been solved in strange, almost impossible, ways.
10. Who are the actors who play Sherlock Holmes and John Watson, respectively?

Answer: Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman

Rupert Graves plays Detective Inspector Greg Lestrade. Andrew Scott plays Jim Moriarty. Mark Gatiss is one of the co-creators and also plays Mycroft Holmes. Steven Moffat is the other co-creator. Matt Smith and David Tennant aren't even from this show; they both play different versions of the Doctor from the show "Doctor Who".
