When Francine mentions she is in the play, Stan says he knew nothing of it. Several flashback moments later, Francine has mentioned to Stan just as many times updates about how the play she is in is coming along. At one point, Stan even helped Francine rehearse her lines. Even when Francine walks into the living room in her teapot costume, Stan still simply thinks she has just gotten fat.

Michael Moore's new movie is supposedly about a woman whose husband died because his HMO did not approve a vital operation. When he knocks on the door of her house, Angelina Jolie answers it. The alleged documentary immediately turns into a raunchy love scene between Moore and Jolie. Steve is immediately on the edge of his seat, while Haley is upset. Because of this, and because her "vegetarian" boyfriend is eating a corn dog, Haley has Steve (who is under-aged) thrown out of the movie (which is rated R) right before Jolie takes her top off. Steve then screams out "NO!" as an usher drags him out.

Answer: Jay Leno

Jay Leno has been called in to perform a roast for Bullock's birthday, but when Stan says that he wishes his wife had already arrived, Leno pokes fun at Stan's wife not being there to support him. Angered, Stan immediately snaps his neck. Realizing that he has just taken out the entertainment for the evening, Stan tries to revive Leno, but must take his place instead. Unprepared, Stan delivers an incredibly insulting roast and is thrown out of the building as a result.

Because of Stan's not so comedic routine at the party, he is given a promotion, which requires him and his family to move to Saudi Arabia (on an airline of almost the same name). When they finally land (and realize where they are), Stan figures out that he has not really received a promotion.

The name of the airline can be seen on the side of the airplane when it has landed in Saudi Arabia.

When the Smiths walk through the airport, they pass a baggage claim, with the sign posted on it. Shortly after the sign is revealed, a camel with a tag attached to it comes down through the chute along with other baggage, and is carried off by the carousel.

To pass the time while guarding the pipeline, the guards hit golf balls off the top of the pipe into the desert. When one of the balls triggers a mine when it lands, the guard that hit it exclaims "Land mine! Ten points!" To this Stan says, "That's just like a game we have in America called, GOOOOOOLLLLLLFFFFF." (Stan obviously believes that cultural differences cause him to have to explain everything to his new colleagues very slowly.)

While talking with the men at the pipeline, Stan learns much about the Saudi culture, particularly the parts dealing with polygamy, and the custom that wives must obey their husbands at all times without question. Taking advantage of this new possibility, Stan gets a second wife to do various chores around the house.

When he is telling Francine, he says that his new wife's name is impossible to pronounce, so he just calls her Thundercat.

Answer: corkscrew

Jealousy leads Francine to confront Thundercat, saying that she is Stan's only real wife. A sense of competition leads Thundercat to retort back that she will serve Stan in this life and next, as "number one wife". A fight soon breaks out between the two, which begins with Thundercat punching Francine in the face.

She soon grabs a nearby corkscrew off the counter and charges Francine with it. Francine manages to bat it away, but later gets her head smashed by the door to the oven for her troubles.

Towards the end of the episode, Bullock finally does call Stan to offer him his old job back. Bullock finally admits that there was actually some truth to the roast Stan gave at the party, specifically about Bullock's taste in women. In a move that surprises Bullock (who assumes all of the Smiths will hate Saudi Arabia), Stan declines, saying that he likes his new life. (Based on his dominant personality, the patriarchal social system of Saudi Arabia suits Stan well.)

When Bullock says that Stan's family can't possibly like it in Saudi Arabia, and that if Stan declines his offer, they can never return, Stan says that his family loves it there. This is despite the fact that Francine is being beat up, Haley is being chased by policemen with scimitars, Steve has crashed his new car in a remote portion of the desert, and Roger (disguised as a woman) has just been sold. Stan then burns the family's passports and renounces their American citizenship. Stan (after hanging up the phone) walks out onto his balcony, looks at the town, and says that this is his home now.
