Alan Young (Wilbur Post on "Mister Ed") was 7-Zark-7, the team's command robot, and Keyop, G-Force's youngest member. Janet Waldo (the voice of Judy Jetson) was Princess. And Keye Luke, best known for his work in the "Charlie Chan" movies, did triple duty as Tiny, G-Force's pilot; Zoltar and Colonel Cronus, G-Force's main enemies.

Only Ellen Corby was on board for both "The Homecoming" and "The Waltons". Neal, Duggan and Bergen were on hand for the TV movie, and were replaced by Learned, Waite and Geer in the TV series.

Played by Valerie Jones in the pilot episode, the character of Judy Winslow was played by Jaimee Foxworth from 1989 until 1993. The producers of "Family Matters", wanting to focus on the budding Steve Urkel/Laura Winslow relationship and not wanting to meet Foxworth's mother's demands for more money, dropped the character from the show. Foxworth's life tumbled after her stint on "Family Matters".
