"Lost" aired six mind frying seasons on ABC. It was created by Jeffrey Lieber, JJ Abrams, and Damon Lindelof. Being stranded on a desolate island wasn't the worst problem to be faced by Jack, Kate, Sawyer, Locke, Sun, Jin, Boone, Shannon, Hurley, Claire, Sayid, Michael, and Walt. The group was in the middle of a mysterious sibling rivalry of god like proportions. The smoke monster was one brother and the seemingly benevolent Jacob was the other brother.

The series aired three seasons (1974-1976) and I remember watching it in the 1980s early on Saturday mornings. Spencer Milligan, Wesley Eure, and Kathy Coleman played the Marshalls. In season three, Rick made it home and was replaced by the kids' uncle Jack. Will Farrell made a feature length film of the same name, though it was more humorous than the TV series.
