At the end of the episode she freed Peter, who recognized her as his and Olivia's daughter.

The adrenaline rush that resulted from Olivia's escape from Liberty Island allowed the b-lymphocytes to cross the blood-brain barrier and begin replacing her memories with Alternate Olivia's. Her overwhelming love for Peter manifested itself in her mind as visions of him that ultimately lead to her remembering who she really is.

Alternate Olivia asks what it means, which confirms Peter's suspicions.
